Ms. Ferg received her Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta. She has conducted the defence of a broad range of cases including drug offences, crimes of violence and economic crime. She has appeared before all courts of the Province of Alberta and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Ms. Ferg has a particular interest in search and seizure law under the Charter of Rights as well as cases involving arbitrary arrest or detention. Her practice includes cases before the trial and appellate courts. She is a partner at McKay Ferg LLP and a contributor to On The Wire.
